White lasagna with stracchino, speck and hamburger
1 pack of pasta for lasagna
500 ml bechamel sauce
2 Amica Nature hamburgers
100 g speck
1 pack of Nonno Nanni Favola di Latte stracchino
Grated Grana cheese to taste
Knob of butter
Nutmeg and pepper to taste
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Method
Cook the hamburgers for 5 minutes and cut into cubes. Grease a baking dish and add a layer of bechamel sauce. Place the sheets for lasagna over the sauce and cover with another layer of bechamel sauce, a layer of speck and a layer of hamburger cubes. Spread some stracchino on top (be generous) and a bit of grated Grana cheese, then add another layer of bechamel sauce. Repeat the layers another 3 or 4 times and finish with a layer of bechamel sauce, one of Grana cheese and sprinkle with pepper, nutmeg and a few daubs of butter. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
