Tortellini with bresaola (cured raw beef) and Nonno Nanni Stracchino allo Yogurt
Ingredients for 4 persons
8 slices of bresaola
150 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino allo Yogurt
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
1 small bunch of rocket, parsley and a lemon as a decoration
A fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Method
Mix Nonno Nanni Stracchino inside a bowl with poppy seeds and roughly chopped rocket. Put the obtained mixture in the center of a slice of bresaola with a teaspoon. Close as if it was a tortellini (close like a crescent and then join the ends of the crescent between them by passing around the thumb). Place tortellini on a dish and decorate with parsley and lemon slices.
