Piadina with Stracchino, ham and mushrooms
4 piadine
120 g Nonno Nanni Yogurt Stracchino
100 g sliced cooked ham
80 g mushrooms
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Method
Heat a crepe plate (or non-stick frying pan) over medium heat; once hot, place the piadina on top and lightly brown on both sides, turning frequently to not burn it.
Once light brown, remove the piadina to a flat plate and spread with the Stracchino (about 30 gr per piadina).
Add the finely sliced cooked ham and mushrooms (about 20 g per piadina), evenly covering only half of the piadina.
At this point, fold the piadina to form a half-moon shape; return to the hot plate for a few seconds and serve immediately.
