Pasta salad colored with Nonno Nanni Squaquerello

Ingredients for 4 persons

300 g of farfalle pasta (butterfly-shaped pasta)
10 cherry tomatoes
corn
6 little hot dogs
1 can of tuna
100 g of Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
oil, salt, garlic, basil

Nonno Nanni Squaquerello is a fresh, distinctly flavoured soft cheese.

Method

In a bowl, chop cherry tomatoes, hot dogs, stracchino and add drained corn, tuna, oil, salt, basil and, as desired, finely chopped garlic. Cook pasta slightly underdone and strain without adding cold water. Add it to the mixture inside a bowl by dissolving the Nonni Nanni Squaquerello and mix well. Let it cool to cool and the pasta is ready.
