Mini Father Christmases with strawberries and Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
Ingredients for 4 persons
20 biscuits
20 strawberries
2 packs of Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
2 spoons of caster sugar
Granulated sugar
Coloured sugar almonds
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Method
Cream the cheese and granulated sugar and spread a little around the biscuits then dip them in the granulated sugar.
Remove the stem from the strawberry, dry and cut off the tip.
Arrange the strawberries on the biscuit, decorate them with 1 teaspoon of Fresco Spalmabile and place the tip on top.
Decorate the strawberries with another topping of cheese and use the sugar almonds to create the eyes and mouth.
