Ingredients for 4 persons

2 packages Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile

2 tablespoons coloured sprinkles

Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.

Method

Blend Fresco Spalmabile with the sugar; refrigerate to chill the mixture.

Form into small balls and roll in the sprinkles.

Skewer onto a stick and chill until serving time.
