Little biscuit trees with Fresco Spalmabile and cocoa powder
Ingredients for 4 persons
24 different-sized star or floret-shaped biscuits
2 packs of Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
2 spoons of caster sugar
One organic lemon
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Method
Cream the cheese and sugar together in a large bowl along with the grated rind of half a lemon until you obtain a soft, smooth consistency.
Arrange the biscuits on a dessert plate starting with the largest biscuit. Spread a spoon of cheese on the first one, then cover it with a smaller biscuit, it too covered in cheese. Carry on like this until you create a Christmas tree. Finish off the trees with the smallest biscuit placed on the top.
