Lasagna made with Piadina (flat bread) and stalks with creamy cheese sauce
A bunch of stalks
A pack of 100% vegetable piadina made with extra virgin olive oil
150 g Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
200 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino con fermento Probiotico
A spoonful of Bagna Cauda
250 ml of cream
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Method
Wash the stalks well, eliminate the hardest and most fibrous parts of the stems, cook the leaves for 5 minutes, just enough to soften them. Put the two types of cheese in a bowl and cream with a fork to mix them. Dissolve the bagna cauda in the cream; bring almost to a boil (almost: never boil the cream!) And pour over the cheese. Stir to melt and obtain a smooth mixture.
In a lightly oiled circular baking dish, place the 100% vegetable piadina, cover it with a dollop of the cream cheese and, if you wish, an additional layer of Bagna Cauda. Compose a second layer of stalks; cover them with the cream and, possible, bagna cauda, and so on until all ingredients are used. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake your "lasagna" for about 30 minutes, until the surface is golden.
