Gramigna pasta with white meat sauce and poplar mushrooms
400 grams of gramigna pasta
250 grams of minced veal
150 grams of polar mushrooms
1 glass of white wine
a spoonful of peas
150 grams of Nonno Nanni Favola di Latte
1 white onion
a clove of garlic
fresh parsley (according to choice)
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Method
While pasta’s water reaches boiling temperature, prepare veal stew by frying a thinly sliced white onion in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. When the onion is browned, add the minced veal, salt and pepper and cook on a low flame while adding white wine. Let the wine evaporate and finish cooking by adding a spoonful of peas.
Let a clove of garlic brown in the olive oil, add previously cleaned poplar mushrooms and stew with the addition of salt. When the pasta is ready, season it with the veal sauce and mushrooms and mix it all with Nonno Nanni Favola di Latte.
A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and you’re ready to enjoy the meal
