Colorful and tasty salad with Bianconanni
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 fresh little onion
60 g pitted green olives
200 g of Bianconanni
4 hard tomatoes
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
oil
salt and pepper to taste
A cheese with a compact paste that brings out the flavour.
Method
Emulsify oil, salt, pepper, vinegar in a bowl and let it rest. Peel peppers and cut them into thin strips, clean cucumber and cut it into round slices; cut tomatoes into slices - removing seeds, cut onion and olives finely into round slices. Season it all in a salad bowl with all the prepared emulsion and add diced Bianconanni.
