Cheese Mice
3 cheeses Nonno Nanni
1 sausage
Some black peppercorns
1 black olive
A few sprigs of parsley
1 small piece of carrot
Nonno Nanni Formaggini are creamy with a delicate taste of stracchino and can be tasted any time of the day.
Method
Open cheese and arrange on a serving dish. Cut thin slices of the sausage and carrot (peeled and washed thoroughly). From the olive cut out the round noses and 2 eyes (if you want you can also use a pink peppercorn).
Cut the stems of parsley to 2 cm for the whiskers and 6 cm for the tails. Curl their tails around a finger to curve them and stick them into the cheese on the wide side. Insert the tip of the nose and eyes (made of olive or pepper) as photo; add whiskers and ears on the sides.
The mice are ready to be served and can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
