Soft Mascarpone Dessert
Ingredients for 4 persons
250 g Nonno Nanni Mascarpone
300 g of flour
150 g of starch
300 g of sugar
100 g of butter
3 eggs
100 g of milk
1 packet of baking powder and a fine lemon rind
Nonno Nanni Mascarpone is a cheese with an unmistakeably velvety, creamy consistency.
Method
Beat eggs with sugar inside a bowl; add previously melted butter in bain-marie, add the rest of the ingredients: mascarpone, milk, flour, starch, grated lemon rind and finally baking powder. Mix thoroughly, butter a baking tray and bake to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
